Twin Peaks - EXTRACT

DESCRIPTION

Twin Peaks, an American pale ale, uses the 4 Cs hops: Chinook, Cascade, Centennial and Citra.  It is a mix of classic West Coast varieties creating a parade of grapefruit, pineapple and mango with a tiny splash of floral character.  A pale ale differs from an amber, in the type of malt that is used.  Ambers are meltier and darker which gives more mouthfeel, whereas a pale ale like Twin Peaks tends to have a more hoppy flavor and a drier finish.
