I Got A Brazilian - ALL GRAIN

DESCRIPTION

I got a Brazilian, an international dark lager that uses Comet and Crystal hops.  It’s a classic German aroma hop, often associated with Bavarian-style lager beers and distinguished by an intense, pleasantly-harmonic bitterness.  It is often brewed with lots of pale malts and can either be colored with caramel coloring or brewed with malts like chocolate or black malt.  They are sometimes brewed with corn or rice to bump up the fermentable sugars.
