Flying High NEIPA - EXTRACT

DESCRIPTION

Flying High, is a New England style IPA, a hazy, juicy IPA.  It comes from – guess where?  New England in the US – Vermont.  What is so different about a NEIPA?  It’s hazy and looks like juice.  It’s made with Simcoe, Amarillo, Cascade, Eldorado and Mosaic hops, so LOTS of fruity flavors all mixed up.  They are sometimes called juice-bombs because of this wide variety of juiciness.  These hops are all added late in the brewing process and during primary and secondary fermentation which helps all the fruity aromas like passion fruit, peach and mango with little bitterness to the palate, so they go down sweet and easy!
