Note: If you are
purchasing liquid yeast, it will be a special order, and likely take a
week for us to fulfill that item of your order. If you would like to
substitute a dry yeast for any liquid yeast, we have quite a few in
stock.
This is a rod-shaped Lactobacillus bacteria used for souring beers. Typically producing more lactic acid than Lactobacillus delbrueckii, it is a great addition to any sour program. Recommended usage below 107°F (40°C).
