Tin Roof Mild Ale - ALL GRAIN

What a great beer to sip while enjoying the ending of a long summer day. In my youth while working in tin roofed barns the heat really brought up a thirst. That's what I think about when we drink this beer.  Oh how I wished this beer was around for me then!

A British session ale, you can enjoy this malt forward beer "one after the other".  In the Historical sense, "mild" implied a beer that wasn't aged.  Thus you should drink this beer as soon as it's carbonated.

This mild ale is a deliberate assembly of wonderful, clean, and distinct flavors. You'll taste roasted grains, savory and nutty with chocolate malt on the palate. English Milds don't get a lot of attention but this once stands out with a full creamy head on top of a dark colored beer that is full of flavor.
