Scalding Hot, Strong & Dark Ale - ALL GRAIN

Scalding Hot, Strong and Dark.  Just like my Aunt Gola liked her men! However after a few of these SSD’s anyone would do! Usually barleywine was darker, however in 1951 more modern “golden” colored barleywines came to market.  Both colors are still seen today.

The strongest beer made in Belgium! With a little heat pushing a warming dry and complex flavor profile of fruitiness, toffee and hops to the front. At 12% ABV you may skip the Cognac and grab a bottle of this delicious beer. Give this beer at least 2 months before it's ready but if you keep it at cellar temperatures you'll be able to save in for 3-5 years!
