Note: If you are
purchasing liquid yeast, it will be a special order, and likely take a
week for us to fulfill that item of your order. If you would like to
substitute a dry yeast for any liquid yeast, we have quite a few in
stock.
This yeast is used to produce the "California Common" style beer. A unique lager strain, it has the ability to ferment up to 65°F (18°C) while retaining lager characteristics. Can also be fermented down to 50°F (10°C) to produce märzens, pilsners and other style lagers.
