You'll taste ample Lambic flavors evened out with the flavor of cherries. This recipe requires patience. Primary fermentation is only 2 weeks however it must have a secondary fermentation for 1 year. Finish all that off with nearly two months of bottle conditioning. But we believe it's worth it and you''ll enjoy this fruit Lambic over and over.
