Red Star Premier C�te des Blanc (formerly "Cote De Blancs") Wine Yeast, Strain #750, Some say Cotes de Blanc, is an excellent general purpose yeast for white wines. Low foam production. Also can be used for making blush wines and with orchard fruit wines this strain produces fine wine with fruity aromas. It is recommended for reds, whites, sparkling and fruit wines, especially apple.
