Fermentis Safbrew S-33

A general purpose, widely used ale yeast with low sedimentation properties. This strain is extremely consistent, with excellent wort attenuation and a superb flavor profile. It is often used for the production of special top fermented beers like Belgian wheat beers and Trappist ales.
